Heating Boilers

For over 140 years, Hartley and Sugden have been manufacturers of steam and hot water boilers. Many famous product names have come from the Atlas Boiler Works, including Metrose Cast Iron Sectional and SCP Mild Steel hot water boilers. Boilers for Coal, Wood firing, Biomass fuels and Compact Steam boilers are a speciality of the company, with many innovative designs introduced over the years.

Today Hartley and Sugden are part of the Ormandy group of companies and market one of the most comprehensive ranges of industrial and commercial boilers in the UK. These include high efficiency low NOx outputs for single and multiple installations and condensing boilers. Cast Iron sectional boilers are also available. Most fuels are catered for and outputs range from 40 - 60000kW.

Over the years Hartley & Sugden have been suppliers to governments, local authorities, Hospital boards and major commercial organisations.
